If you prefer, you can pay 100%.<\/p><p>\u2022 You can pay by bank transfer with the following information (the full name of the person and the number of the quote should be indicated in the reference):<\/p><p>Account holder: Desilena S.L.<\/p><p>Bank: Santander, office 4976, Adeje, Calle Helsinki<\/p><p>IBAN: ES51 0049 4976 9627 1603 1330<\/p><p>SWIFT: BSCH ESMM XXX<\/p><p>\u2022 The remaining amount must be paid in cash or with card at the school on the first day of class.<\/p><p>\u2022 Upon receipt of payment or confirmation of payment, Desilena will confirm the reservation and will send all the information related to your booking together with a level test that you must send back to us before the beginning of the classes in order to assign each student to the level most suited to them.<\/p><p>\u2022 Desilena will not pay for any bank charges, it is the client\u2019s responsibility. If at the beginning of the course there is an outstanding amount as a result of these bank charges, it must be paid at the school on the first day of class.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b2e143e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b2e143e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cancelations<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c96d1b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c96d1b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u2022 All cancellations must be made in writing.<\/p><p>\u2022 If the student cancels four weeks or more before the beginning of the course, 100% of the booking will be refunded, except for the enrollment. If the student cancels the course two weeks or more before the beginning, 50% of the reservation will be refunded except for the registration. If the cancellation is made less than two weeks before the beginning of the course, the reservation will not be refunded.<\/p><p>\u2022 The registration fee will never be refunded.<\/p><p>\u2022 In the case of refund, this shall be made by the same method of payment.<\/p><p>\u2022 The following conditions will be applied for students who have requested a letter of admission to Desilena\u00b4s courses for the Spanish embassy: in the event that the visa application is denied, Desilena guarantees the refund of the amount of the program, less expenses incurred, such as shipping costs, bank transfer fees and a management fee of \u20ac 150. It must be demonstrated in writing that the Spanish Embassy has denied the visa. The cancellation of the course after obtaining the visa is only possible when the participant demonstrates through the proper documents from the Spanish embassy that has denied entrance to Spain. This insurance does not cover students in case of illness, theft, damage or loss of personal belongings.<\/p><p>In addition, Desilena S.L. disclaim liability in respect of the foregoing circumstances. We recommend you to take out full travel insurance that offers coverage in case of medical, money or baggage problems.<\/p><p>We recommend that students who are EU citizens, bring the E-111 form or European Health Card to obtain free medical treatment in Spain if they have any medical problem during their stay.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9810a09 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9810a09\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Holidays<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d52a891 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d52a891\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u2022 The holidays in 2026 are: January 1st, 6th and 20th; February 2nd and 17th; April 2nd and 3rd; May 1st; October 12nd; November 2nd; December 8th<\/p><p>\u2022 The school will be closed on public holidays.<\/p><p>\u2022 If two days of holidays coincide in the same week, you will recover one of the two days by sharing the lessons between the other school days.<\/p><p>\u2022 The school will be closed f from 22.12.2025 until 28.12.2025. We recommend doing it the same day of registration so we will know in advance the student\u00b4s level and which class would be best suited to them.<\/p><p>\u2022 If the intensive course does not reach the minimum number of three students, the course will be taught, but the number of lessons will be decreased. Thus, for the formation of the group a minimum number of three students is necessary and four lessons will be taught daily. If there were only two students, the number of lessons would be 75% and if there were only one student at this level, the number of lessons would be 50%.<\/p><p>\u2022 The maximum number of students per class is ten.<\/p><p>\u2022 Classes lost in groups will not be recovered.<\/p><p>\u2022 Lesson length is 45 minutes.<\/p><p>\u2022 To book the individual lessons for two people it is necessary that both students are of the same level. If they are not of the same level, it is not possible to have a class together.<\/p><p>\u2022 If for any reason the student cannot come to the individual lessons, it is necessary to call the school 24 hours in advance in order to be able to recover these lessons. If you do not notify us in advance, the lessons will be considered given.<\/p><p>\u2022 They must be used within a maximum period of 2 months (10 lessons) or 4 months (20 lessons).<\/p><p>\u2022 If for reasons of rain or wind alert the school closes, there will be no class and missed lessons will not be recovered.<\/p><p>\u2022 The school reserves the right to change schedules if it is necessary for organizational reasons.<\/p><p>\u2022 To obtain the certificate of attendance it is necessary to attend 80% of lessons.<\/p><p>\u2022 We give four levels of Spanish as a Foreign Language established by the European Reference Framework. These levels are: A1, A2, B1 and B2.<\/p><p>\u2022 If the student does not show up on the scheduled start date of the course, the total amount paid by the student will be lost. In addition, the student will have no right to any refund if he leaves the course once it has started. In case of absence or sickness of the student, the student will not be entitled to any refund.<\/p><p>\u2022 \u20ac 50 will be charged for management fees for every course change requested by the student.<\/p><p>\u2022 Students from other countries outside the European Union often need a visa to be in Spain, we recommend they inquire at the closest Spanish embassy or consulate. If your visa is denied, we will give you back the quantity paid less a management fee of \u20ac 150. It must be demonstrated in writing that the Embassy has denied the visa otherwise there will be no refund.<\/p><p>\u2022 Desilena reserves the right to reject a request form from any student and to expel him\/her for misbehaviour, irregular attendance or unsatisfactory work (serious cases), without the right to refund of the amount paid.<\/p><p>\u2022 Extracurricular activities organized by the school are an additional service. Desilena acts as an intermediary between the student and the provider. The school will be in contact with the provider, but it is not responsible for the activity development. In the event of an accident during the activity, the responsibility falls to the student&#8217;s travel insurance or the company that carries out this activity.<\/p><p>\u2022 Desilena often takes photos and videos of daily life at school. In addition, the bottom box contains the information about the school: address, telephone number, etc.<\/li><li>On the back, the centre&#8217;s learning levels appear with the general objectives of each level, the equivalence with the CEFR and the different sub-levels offered by the centre for each of the levels.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u2022 Completion certificate:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>In order to receive it, it is necessary to attend 80% of the lessons and to obtain a minimum of 70 points in the assessment test.<\/li><li>The following information is included on the front: name and surname of the student, date of the assessment test, numerical result obtained in the assessment test, the sub-level of which the student has taken the assessment test, consideration of the result as PASS\/FAIL, minimum grade required to obtain a PASS, contents of the sub-level, the date of issue, the signature of the academic director and the stamp of the centre.
